Terms & Conditions

• On the accommodation booking form we require credit card details which is important for the hotel to guarantee your room reservation.
• It will not be used for any pre-payments of your accommodation.
• All room bookings need to be paid directly at the hotel.
• The published rates included breakfast and 19 % V.A.T and excluding guest tax.
• Once you made your room reservation, you will get a confirmation letter directly from the hotel with their individual cancellation policy.
• All booking changes including cancellations / reductions must be made in writing to info@gramanns.de (not to the hotels directly).
• We have blocked rooms in each hotel and guarantee the special rates until May 27, 2022
• After this deadline, all reservations are subject to availability and on request.
• In case you have special requests such as group bookings or family rooms, please get in contact with us via email: info@gramanns.de and we will help you to find the best option for your request.
• Should your request not be possible at your preferred hotel, we will contact you directly to find a suitable alternative.
• For group bookings please send an email to info@gramanns.de stating the number of rooms, category and preferred location and you will receive a list of options suitable to your requirements.
